Pheasant Run – Community Service Information

Legacy Waste and Recycling is now the provider for all disposal and recycling services for the Pheasant Run Community. This page will inform you of everything you need to know about the new service at your home.

Trash Service: 95-Gallon Cart

  • Pickup Frequency - Weekly (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
  • Items prohibited from all solid waste containers per Ohio EPA regulation: paint, chemicals, hazardous waste, concrete, brick, tires, batteries, and yard waste.
  • Please place cart as close to curb as possible. Our two person crew will make sure your can is empty and placed back where you put it.

Recycling Service:

20-Gallon Bin

  • Pickup Frequency - Weekly (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
  • Permitted Materials:
    • Glass and Plastic Bottles
    • Aluminum and Tin Cans
    • Newspaper/Junk Mail
    • Broken Down Cardboard
  • One or two additional 20-gallon bins can be requested if recycling is important in your household
  • Broken down cardboard outside of the 20-gallon bin WILL be taken

OR

All residents can now utilize their own recycling container. Regulations:

  • Container can be no larger than 65-gallon in size
  • Customers DO NOT need to take any action to use their own recycle bin. Simply purchase can for use, clearly mark it as recycle, and place it at the curb with trash on regular pickup day
  • Residents can also email info@trashremovalcle.com to request an additional 20-gallon bin

Bulk Day

  • Once per month bulk pickup is included with regular service at each home. This includes the disposal of up to 4-cubic yards of large items, furniture, and additional trash. Additional pickups are available during any regular pickup day for a small fee.
  • Bulk Day Schedule – 1st full week of every month (Remainder of 2019)
    • October 8-9, 2019
    • November 5-6, 2019
    • December 3-4, 2019

  • Please make sure all waste and recycling is placed at the curb by 6 AM on pickup day. Pickups will take place on Tuesday/Wednesday every week.
