Curbside Residential Service Guidelines

1.       All trash must be placed at the curb, inside designated containers, on pickup day by 5:30 AM

2.       Driver will only empty containers that are subscribed to. All extras and bulk must be called in prior to service. You can either call us at 440-723-8483, email us at info@trashremovalcle.com, or simply send in a message on our website to schedule a bulk pickup.

3.       All residential services include one FREE bulk pickup per month. Additional bulk pickups are available for a small fee. Bulk service is not unlimited…Limit is approximately 4yards of waste, which can be compared to a single pickup truck bed load.

4.       A return pickup charge of $50 will be applied if truck needs to return due to trash not being out

5.       No prohibited materials, as listed below, should be placed out for pickup

6.       Some service options require customer to provide their own cans. Cans provided by customer should be under 50-gallon due to weight capacity

7.       Any container (company or customer owned) will not be serviced if over 75 pounds

8.       Recycling (ADD ON) – if you have subscribed to this service, please note these details:

·       Customer provided containers or blue bags (must be properly marked so driver is aware)

·       Includes recycling of cardboard, paper, aluminum cans, tin cans, glass bottles, and #1&2 plastic

Prohibited Materials

·  Paint, chemicals, or other hazardous liquids

·  Concrete / Brick / Dirt - Could cause damage to truck

·  Heavy steel and metals - Could cause damage to truck

·  Dead Animals

·  Hot Ash

·  Tires

·  Batteries
